Copyright, unfortunately, is a subject of this project, in that various parties are attempting to diminish the public domain by arrogating various documents to themselves, preventing their free, unadulterated circulation. Copyfraud is especially detrimental to the practice of history, and to all of us as historical beings.
All the original writing on this site is copyright John Levin under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike License. Frankly, I’m not happy with this license, but it will do pending something better.
